Our Roots

The story of our culinary tradition began more than a hundred years ago in a small town in Veneto. A land of great travellers, artists and talents, always open to the world and in pursuit of beauty and excellence: the same land that gave birth to figures such as Marco Polo and Andrea Palladio. Today, we are the fourth generation of our family to continue dedicating ourselves to the art of Italian cuisine. The photographs we have preserved tell, better than words, a story of people, tables, recipes and shared moments spanning more than a century. For us, running a restaurant has never simply been a job. It is a passion passed down from generation to generation, one that lives on every day and that we strive to share with everyone who chooses to sit at our table. At the heart of our cuisine are the same principles that have always guided us: the search for exceptional ingredients, respect for the recipes of our tradition and the desire to continuously improve, without ever forgetting where we come from.
