Italian cuisine in Prague: Casanova was born from a passion for authentic Italian cooking and the flavours of our tradition. We carefully select high-quality ingredients and prepare every dish with care, balance and respect for its original flavours, offering a truly Italian experience, generous and deeply rooted in our culinary culture.
Our homemade fresh pasta
Every day we prepare four types of homemade fresh egg pasta: lasagne, tagliatelle, ravioli and tortelloni. Our cuisine is based on respect for quality ingredients and the simplicity of Italian tradition. We prepare our pasta according to traditional Italian methods, paying careful attention to timing, texture and the quality of the ingredients, to create authentic, delicate pasta that brings out the best in every sauce.
